Irwin Solutions / Edmonton, Alberta
I'm Brett — HVAC, glazing, flooring, oil & gas supervision. Now I build the phone answering, instant text-back, and booking systems that catch the work you're currently dropping. Every system below has a live demo you can watch.
What I do
For contractors, home service, and field service businesses — anyone whose money walks out the door when the phone goes unanswered. You keep doing the work. The systems below handle everything around it.
An AI agent answers 24/7 in a real voice, takes the details, and books the job — nights, weekends, and while you're under a sink.
Miss a call and an SMS goes out instantly. Most people call the next name on the list within two minutes — this is what stops that.
Jobs land straight in your calendar. Confirmations and day-before reminders go out on their own. No back-and-forth, no no-shows.
Estimates drafted from your own numbers, and the quotes that went quiet chased automatically instead of dying in your inbox.
Supplier invoices, receipts, and forms read, entered, and filed automatically — including the ones you photograph in the truck.
Invoices out the same day, payments chased politely without you doing it, and a review request to every happy customer.
Who I am
I'm Brett — based in Edmonton, with a real trades background: HVAC, glazing, flooring, and oil & gas supervision. Now I build AI-powered automations and tools for contractors, because I've been on your side of the truck.
Every project on this site comes with a live demo you can watch — because talk is cheap and working code isn't.
Whether it's a voice agent that books customers at 2am, a bot that handles repetitive enterprise tasks at scale, or a full end-to-end pipeline with SMS follow-up — I build it, film it, and show you exactly how it works.
Projects
A fully autonomous booking and follow-up pipeline built for a garden box business. A customer fills out a form on the website — within seconds, a VAPI outbound voice AI agent calls them back, confirms their delivery details, locks in a time, and books it straight into Google Calendar. From there, n8n workflows fire automatically: a Twilio SMS confirmation goes out immediately, and a reminder SMS goes out the morning before their delivery. One Make scenario. Three n8n workflows. Zero human involvement from form submission to day-before reminder.
The call comes in while you're on a roof, under a sink, or driving. You can't answer it. Within seconds the caller gets a text back in your name — apologising for the miss, asking what they need, and keeping the conversation alive until you can pick it up. No voicemail nobody checks. No lead calling the next name on their list because you took four hours to ring back. This is the cheapest system on this page and usually the one that pays for itself first.
A VAPI inbound voice AI agent that answers calls to the GardenCraft phone number 24/7. The agent collects everything from scratch — name, delivery address, box size, preferred date and time, and any access notes — then books the appointment directly into Google Calendar and ends the call on its own. No form. No human. No missed calls.
A buyer fills out one form — and that's the last time a human touches the lead. The submission fires a webhook into Make.com, where the Claude API scores the lead in 4 seconds against budget, pre-approval, and buying timeline, then writes the result straight back into the GoHighLevel CRM. From there, branching workflows take over: hot leads get an immediate call-me text, warm leads enter an SMS nurture sequence, cold leads get logged to a spreadsheet for the 30-day follow-up cycle. Every lead answered, scored, and routed — automatically.
Let's talk
Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. Tell me where the work is leaking and I'll tell you straight whether I can fix it — and roughly what it costs. Pick a time that suits you, or just call.
