Brett Irwin / Automation & AI
Real automations. Live demos. No fluff — just working systems you can see in action right here.
Who I am
I'm Brett — based in Edmonton, and I build AI-powered automations and tools that solve real problems. Not concepts. Not mockups. Things that are actually live and working.
Every project on this site comes with a live demo you can watch — because talk is cheap and working code isn't.
Whether it's a voice agent that books customers at 2am, a bot that handles repetitive enterprise tasks at scale, or a full end-to-end pipeline with SMS follow-up — I build it, film it, and show you exactly how it works.
Projects
A fully autonomous booking and follow-up pipeline built for a garden box business. A customer fills out a form on the website — within seconds, a VAPI outbound voice AI agent calls them back, confirms their delivery details, locks in a time, and books it straight into Google Calendar. From there, n8n workflows fire automatically: a Twilio SMS confirmation goes out immediately, and a reminder SMS goes out the morning before their delivery. One Make scenario. Three n8n workflows. Zero human involvement from form submission to day-before reminder.
A Python and Selenium bot that navigates Oracle HCM's notoriously complex multi-page job application forms — including shadow DOM traversal, OTP email verification, resume upload, diversity forms, and e-signature. The code is self-healing, recovering automatically from Oracle's unpredictable UI re-renders. Built with human-in-the-loop checkpoints at email confirmation and final submit, so you stay in control without doing any of the manual work. Tracks applied jobs to prevent duplicates across sessions.
A VAPI inbound voice AI agent that answers calls to the GardenCraft phone number 24/7. The agent collects everything from scratch — name, delivery address, box size, preferred date and time, and any access notes — then books the appointment directly into Google Calendar and ends the call on its own. No form. No human. No missed calls.
A buyer fills out one form — and that's the last time a human touches the lead. The submission fires a webhook into Make.com, where the Claude API scores the lead in 4 seconds against budget, pre-approval, and buying timeline, then writes the result straight back into the GoHighLevel CRM. From there, branching workflows take over: hot leads get an immediate call-me text, warm leads enter an SMS nurture sequence, cold leads get logged to a spreadsheet for the 30-day follow-up cycle. Every lead answered, scored, and routed — automatically.
